About us
The Swedish Sailing Federation is one of 69 sports federations affiliated to the Swedish Sports Confederation, RF, and one of 35 Olympic specialized associations in the Swedish Olympic Committee, SOK. The Swedish Sailing Federation have about 127 000 members spread over 435 clubs, 17 districts and 79 class associations.
• The Swedish Sailing Federation is to be perceived as a sports federation and our focus is to promote the sport of sailing sailing.
• The Swedish Sailing Federation and our districts aim is to develop the recruitment, education, training and racing activities in collaboration with the clubs.
• The Swedish Sailing Federation will work to increase the number of active competitors within sailing and to enhance a stronger elite within the sport of sailing.
